From the beginning of the new millennium

our country witnessed great openness in various economic fields; and day after day, the construction and investment movement flourishes rapidly to the extent that the visitor to Kurdistan Region, especially Erbil, feels and that he/she visits another city when coming back after two or three years, because of the rapid development in the country landmarks. Therefore, and without any doubt, we have a significant role in the development of this movement, especially the point that we are working in a variety of fields.

We, in Sofy Group, and thanks to Allah,

have achieved great successes in various fields, including construction, hospitality, shopping, public investment, the agricultural sector, and general trading. We are the first group that brought the idea of constructing and opening the malls in Kurdistan Region/Iraq, and the method of agricultural investment is rarely used by the companies of agricultural investment sector in the Middle East. We also were the first to construct complexes and business centres that contain dozens of different commercial offices in one place in order to create an integrated business community.
Concerning the residents of our precious country, we, till now and through our earlier, current and existing investments, are able to find job opportunities for thousands of families, which means that our work is beneficial to society in general.
For our relations with the Kurdistan Regional Government that encourages investment significantly, we, thanks to Allah, gained the trust of the government authorities, and the proof of this is that we gained many certificates of appreciation from the government and civil organizations, and this is why we are very proud.
