Gallery Business Center is one of the largest buildings and business centers, and one of the main projects of Sofy Group in Kurdistan Region.
The area of the project building is 36,000 m2, while the shopping area is 7000 m2, and there are 275 offices and a commercial center/mall. In addition, there is a restaurant of which area is 2000 m2, in addition to two places allocated for cafeteria; except for all of the above, an area of 1500 m2 is allocated for Italian Mobilia and furnishings as well.
"Gallery Business Center" is located in Gulan Street, facing Erbil Downtown project which is developed by the Emirati Emaar Company.
The center is featured by the availability of electric power round the clock (24 hours), and it is cleaned frequently by specialized companies. Moreover, the building of the center contains a special TV screen for displaying the commercials/advertisements that are free for entrepreneurs and shops owners.
